We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, with original tags).
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bazariomart.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Sale items and gift cards (all sales are final).

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the quickest way is:
- Return your existing item following the process above.
- Place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.
European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it—for any reason and without justification. The return eligibility conditions remain the same:
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
